I have spent more than a decade helping individuals, families, and business owners navigate legal decisions that affect their wealth, businesses, and the people they care about. Today, I lead The People’s Firm PLLC, an estate planning and probate law firm with offices in Dearborn, Lansing, and Washington, DC.

As an estate planning lawyer, I help clients protect what they have built and create a clear plan for what happens next. My practice includes wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, asset protection, business succession, probate, estate administration, and multi-generational wealth planning.

I began my legal career in criminal defense, where I developed the advocacy skills and attention to detail that continue to shape my practice. I later joined one of the largest law firms in the world, gaining exposure to sophisticated wealth planning involving irrevocable trusts, family limited partnerships, charitable vehicles, and complex asset protection strategies.

That experience became the foundation for the work I do today at The People’s Firm PLLC.

As a wills and trust attorney, I believe an estate plan should be built around the family, not a template. I work with parents, professionals, business owners, and families with complex estates to develop strategies that reflect their assets, responsibilities, and long-term goals.

I also advise families on special needs trust planning when providing for a loved one with a disability. A properly structured special needs trust can help preserve assets for a beneficiary while accounting for eligibility for certain means-tested public benefits.

Whether I am serving as an estate planning lawyer, guiding a family through probate, or working as a wills and trust attorney, my goal is the same: protect what my clients have built and create a legal structure designed to endure.
