I spoke with several other attorneys before deciding to retain Rebekah. I felt that our initial phone conversation was the best. I debated filing Pro Se (without an attorney). As things turned out I was really happy I hired her instead. When preparing to file she did most of the work. I just bro...ught her my bills and she filled out all the paperwork. I was then given a copy of the paperwork to go over for accuracy. She prepared me very well for the “Meeting of Creditors” (aka 341 Hearing). By the time it ended I felt a great sense of relief. I was also surprised how smooth my case went. There were 3 or 4 other cases that were adjourned which meant those folks had to return again. Rebekah really appeared to like her job. She was watching those cases like it was a TV show she had been waiting to watch. She even explained to me why the above cases where adjourned and how it could have been avoided. Between the meeting of creditors and the final discharge I called Rebekah roughly 5 or 6 times to ask further questions and she was always very easy to talk too which put me at ease I give her my highest recommendation.

I just finished my bankruptcy hearing and I could not feel more relieved. I was so nervous and saw several people ahead of me get grilled, rescheduled and just basically have problems. But Rebekka prepared me well, had all of my documents ready and as a result my hearing could not have been smoother.... I highly recommend Rebekah. My wife and I went to her a few months ago, when we were facing some very serious financial problems. We both found her to be easy to talk to and she explains everything VERY thoroughly. I cannot believe how much easier we can breath now that the bill collectors have stopp...ed calling, it is like we have a whole new lease on life again!
