Mr. Dodge represented me in a dui case and license appeal. I couldn't of hoped for better results in both cases. I listened to all the advice he had to give and everything went better than expected. If you need a aggressive attorney for a criminal case don't hire or if he's court appointed ask for a different attorney. Mr. Dodge became hostile when a continuance was requested, it was almost like having 2 prosecutors and a judge in the court room, he lacks the testicular fortitude to mount a aggressive case against the courts. Mr. Dodge had the courts best interest in mind and bent at everything the judge said. Save yourself the hassle and jail time and hire a different attorney.
