Public Pretender

She went along with a conspiracy to keep a mother with rights away from her child. She hid exculpatory evidence of abuse on a child and a psych evaluation that would’ve undermined the prosecutions case against me. She told me my Constitutional parental rights with a court order, did not matter. That ...the department of justices definition of a stalker is different from stalking charge. She did not object to anything allowed perjury to come out of my ex‘s mouth on the stand and didn’t challenge any video evidence. They said they had while refusing to use mine that showed innocence. When I finally received a picture of my child through the school, she told me she wouldn’t have given it to me. She was mad when I said I was not guilty and wanted to trial and she did everything to make sure they found me guilty. Told me that if I spoke of my child’s abuse that I would go straight to jail until she could get another court. Trial scheduled yet allowed prosecution to put a surprise witness since they really had no other witnesses to any crime put a retired CPS agent on the stand to infer what they wanted. Allowed a Nolle Prosque night before trial to be reissued the same day with no new conduct as required, to get a new case number so my positive psych evaluation could not be used and new evidence of abuse from a PhD, the man non-blood relative that abused my child and his father dropped off when prosecution got their new case number. I’m not a lawyer and it’s taking me a few years to figure out what she did but what she did will put a curse on her and her family and I don’t envy that.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
