My legal practice includes representation at all levels of the administrative level before VA through appeals at the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.  Rpresentation includes veterans and their dependents.  At the administrative level, fees are based upon a percent of the past due benefits awarded if successful, with no fee if unsuccessful.  Before the Court is without charge as fees are paid by the Equal Access to Justice Act.

I retired from the Air Force after nearly 33 years of service as a Medical Services Manager and at the rank of Chief Master Sergeant (E-9).  I went to law school while still on active duty and have had a national practice in veteran disability law since 1998.  I frequently speak and write about veteran law issues.  Memberships include the State Bar of Michigan, Federal Bar Association (Veterans Law Section), National Organization of Veterans Advocates, Inc. (Board Member and Secretary), and National Veterans Organization life member.
