Larissa Ann Overley Zubac

Absolutely awful. She charged me a fortune and literally missed deadlines for filings which resulted in my witnesses (multiple physicians) not being able to testify. I ended up losing custody of my children and Larissa immediately withdrew as council. Larissa NO SHOWED for her own hearing to remove h...erself as council because she/her staff missed the email with the court date. Luckily, I was on top of my own case and I showed up for the hearing she no showed. Now she’s trying to charge me for her services during that time…she’s a joke. She acts like she cares and knows what she is doing yet put her in a courtroom and she freezes up and can’t answer any questions or fight back. I will be following through with additional warnings for other clients and the bar association. She should not have a license and based on others that hired her during the same time. Fall 2025 to spring 2026 she should not be in practice.

She acts like she cares, charged a ton and wasn’t prepared in court. She made deals with other attorney I knew nothing about. She also told me how she wasn’t ok with things getting moved back and dragged out, but got court documents saying she never disagreed with it or anything. Said she would work... with me and didn’t. She knew things were being done wrong and she didn’t do anything to stop it or to help. Very disappointed, I originally thought she cared and I trusted her.
