OUTCOME: We were able to defend and protect client's assets, and successfully negotiated a fair settlement both parties were satisfied with.

Client sought representation for a divorce after Spouse filed for legal separation. Client wanted a divorce, not a separation. Client tried to settle with spouse on their own prior to retaining our se ... rvices, but the spouse refused to work with Client on an equitable settlement. Client retained our services to defend her rights to an equitable division of the marital estate.
