I went to Larissa because I needed a lease with option to buy written up, and I wanted it done properly. I had just had a very bad experience with a precious landlord, and I wasn't about to slack on anything regarding my new home. The homeowner/landlord is a friend, and I wanted her rights protec...ted just as well as my family's. Larissa sat down with us both and asked all of the important questions, including a lot we hadn't even considered. She was very kind and very patient, and not once did she make any of us feel as if we were an inconvenience or just another paycheck. She and Tanna were there for me and completely put me at ease when I was in a serious legal battle. I felt like she really listened to me and was really good at giving me honest... advice and guidance. Also, there were some private things that I felt affected my case, and I felt really comfortable being open and honest with her, and like she didn't judge me at all.
