It's hard to even put my experience into words and it has taken me almost a year to do so. Francyne dropped the ball with our visa petition. In fact the new lawyer I have said what she missed is basic immigration law. She got the dates wrong on many forms and the biggest issue was that she was oblivi...ous to the 10 year bar rule for unlawful presence. Every immigration lawyer would know about this. My fiance and I spent thousands of dollars and waited over 3 years only to get a rejection from USCIS due to a "missing waiver" that should've been filed and that our lawyer should have known about. Now we have to start all over again with a new visa and wait another 2 years. Heartbreaking for both of us, not to mention the financial aspect and being apart this entire time.

Brilliant, Spectacular, informative, dedicated, devoted, great personality & spiritually gifted woman. I thank God to have been under her guidance during my fight to get asylum. she meant her word and was always willing to go an extra mile. i shall continue be proud of her for the efforts she put in.... I had an issue with unemployment agency were I was accused of collecting unemployment compension on intentional basis when they my intentions were not intentional but did not have knowledge of the guidelines. Francyne fought for me and proved my actions were not intentional. I would definitely recomm...end her on any case regarding UIA issues.
