"exceptional commitment to serving the disability community" is an absolutely WILD & inaccurate claim for this law firm to make. my experience with them has been 100% awful. not one redeeming factor other than Ashley's TikTok videos, which, at this point, i do not even trust to have accurate informat...ion. i have spent the last 9 months trying to get my SSI back, scrambling for answers, trying to find help (i finally found a lawyer that will actually do their job). i have also, for 9 months, been trying to contact this law firm with literally 0 response. multiple times i have called, emailed, commented... and nothing. i am out of state, but they say they do out of state advocacy. even if they didn't, they should still respond to attempts at contact. 9 months is a very long time to go without an income, and a very long time to take to respond to potential clients. i could have died in the meantime, still could. i understand that being disabled makes responding to contact difficult (that's why i have been asking for help!) but it's in your literal career description to help people. you need to at least have someone make calls for you instead of ignoring people, or find a different line of work where you are not risking people's lives. shame on you, Ashley.
