An exceptional and highly skilled lawyer! Also, an expert on immigration law

I worked with Andy on my I-140 NIW case. He is not only very knowledgeable but also exceptionally skilled. The entire process was smooth, and my application was approved in 8-9 months without RFE, of course. While my petition was being prepared, Andy and his team were very responsive. Most importantl...y, with his extensive experience, he knows exactly how to make a strong case. Also, Andy is always on top of the ongoing changes in immigration laws/policies amid the pandemic. By the time petition was ready to send out, I had also decided to file I-485 with Ellis Porter, LLC. I highly recommend Andy and his team!

Highly Experienced Lawyer for NIW I140

Andy and his team handled my NIW I140. I had a great experience throughout this journey. I was pleased with all the services and suggestions Andy and his team provided. Unfortunately, I got the RFE with the initial submission. But, the RFE response prepared by Andy was beyond my expectation. He point...ed out each of the questions of RFE very nicely and explained it very strongly. To me, "Andy is the master of RFE response." Eventually, my NIW I140 got approved. Furthermore, his team is swift, responsive, supportive, and caring about the case. I will highly recommend him to all my friends or anyone who want to start filing NIW I140.
