Biography
As an immigration attorney, I have extensive experience with employment-based green card petitions, and have focused my practice on challenging and unusual cases. I have successfully responded to hundreds of Requests for Evidence (RFEs), am experienced in appealing decisions to the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO), and have helped many individuals obtain approval even after a past denial.

Knowledgeable attorney
I filed my I-140 with Andrew J. Ingebritson and he created a good case for me. My NIW case was a little different from the cases that I have seen and it was approved with no RFE. I strongly recommend him for I-140 especially through NIW.
