As an immigration attorney, I have extensive experience with employment-based green card petitions, and have focused my practice on challenging and unusual cases. I have successfully responded to hundreds of Requests for Evidence (RFEs), am experienced in appealing decisions to the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO), and have helped many individuals obtain approval even after a past denial.

Great
My case was not easy - I'm a Russian citizen who established a business in the US without setting foot there. I was requesting a Nation Interest Waiver, and Andrew Ingebritson did a great job handling the petition. Although it took around 2 years in total, the case was approved in the end.
