I am so pleased that my NIW-I140 was approved after getting RFE! RFE at the beginning looks scary but I would say picking up a good team could change the result. I absolutely recommend Ellis Porter's group and Andy Ingebritson as my attorney, who helped me prepare a strong and comprehensive response ...for my NIW very fast and professionally.
