NIW Process

I had an excellent experience through the NIW process. Andy was very knowledgeable, responsive to all the emails, and supportive of my questions. I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone with immigration-related needs.

Highly Recommended and Excellent Work

I searched a lot of attorneys and law firm for my NIW. I said to myself "Andy and his team mates would be the perfect ones to hire for my NIW case preparation". I started working with Andy and his firm in summer 2020 for my NIW application. They did complete everything in very short time and they dra...fted me excellent reference letters. I was very impressed how they understood my research and the way they explained every detail is amazing. I would not be able to explain myself that clearly. He knows very well how to point the hidden details of your work and why you would be valuable to the national interest. He responds to my every questions in 24 hours and address every concern I had during the process. Even after I filed my case, I had many other immigration related questions and he answered all of them immediately. We got our approval without RFE in less than a year. This is amazing and I am thankful for this. I will be retaining Andy for my rest of the cases and I would highly recommend him to you. No need to look for others! He can help you and he is one the best in this field.

Highly recommended for your immigration case

I would like to tell you about my experience on my immigration case working with Andrew. I was trying to file a petition for my immigration in early 2020. My portfolio is not actually very strong using conventional criteria, but I did consider my background and experience quite different and interest...ing. I firstly consulted with a quite large and well known law firm across the nation specialized in immigration, and they have a site in Ann Arbor. I was asked a set of routine questions and being told that I am not qualified. I tried to explain but they stopped listening. Then I turned to Ellis Porter, where Andrew works at. Same questions asked and I answered. This time, they did hear me, and they agreed to take my case. I was very grateful as they did evaluate my qualifications and wanted to help me, not because my portfolio fits their template and my case is easy money. Andrew started to help me to build the application dossier. He and his assistant were very responsive, drafting materials, answering my questions, addressing my concerns and everything. It was very efficient that it took 3 months from the day I signed the retainer to the day everything is ready to file, remember I did need to take some time to get the recommendation letters. The strategy of building my case was also very clear and effective. I have very few publications, as well as citations and reviews are zero. But I did complete some great work in an micro-entity for the good of the nation and people in it. Andrew used internal and external testimonial letters to support my contribution, and also pulled public records and media news to support the benefits of the outcome of my work. 8 months after the submission, I heard back from USCIS, and my petition was approved straightly without any additional evidence requested. Also note that 8 months was also on the quick side of the required time frame for the review. Only 50% of all cases can be completed within 8 months back to the time I got the approval. I have to give appraise to Andrew for the quality of the work he did. I was so grateful and appreciated his aptitude and attitude on being an immigration attorney. There might be a lot of great lawyer out there, but what is the point if they don't want to spend time and energy on you, but just situated with easy cases and money making efficiency. I would highly recommend you to work with Andrew, if you know you did some good work, but don't know how to present them to others.
