Biography
As an immigration attorney, I have extensive experience with employment-based green card petitions, and have focused my practice on challenging and unusual cases. I have successfully responded to hundreds of Requests for Evidence (RFEs), am experienced in appealing decisions to the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO), and have helped many individuals obtain approval even after a past denial.
I strongly believe that the client benefits most from a close, personal relationship with an attorney dedicated to their case. I work with clients to develop a personalized strategy for EB-1, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 cases.
