I worked with Andy on the EB2-NIW, O-1A and EB-1A petitions. We submitted the EB2-NIW petition in May 2020 and it got approved by USCIS in Feb 2021. We submitted the O-1A petition in Oct 2020. We received an RFE notice in Nov 2020. We submitted the response to RFE in Feb 2021 and USCIS approved our O-1A petition in Mar 2021. For O-1A petition approval, a candidate must satisfy at least 3 of the 8 eligibility criteria identified by USCIS. Andy was able to prepare a strong petition so that my candidacy could satisfy 4 of the 8 eligibility criteria. We submitted the EB-1A petition in April 2021 and the I-140 got approved in Nov 2022. Based on the documents collected for the O-1A petition such as recommendation letters, career summary etc, Andy was able to put forward a strong petition for the I-140 of EB-1A. USCIS approved the I-140 in Nov 2022 sooner than what we were expecting for the current processing times.
