Andy helped me with my EB2 NIW application as my attorney. It all started when I contact the EP law firm for a free evaluation. I guess, I was lucky that my case was assigned to him. From our first conversation, it was so clear that Andy was knowledgeable and experienced. But, what struck me the most... was the fact that, even for a free evaluation, he (and his colleagues) had spent some serious time on my case. One thing I was looking for was a good balance between speed and effectiveness of my application. I wanted to get it done asap but obviously I didn't want to take any unnecessary risks. My application was approved without any RFEs. So, clearly I made the right choice. Throughout the process, Andy and his associates were really prompt, accurate and helpful, answered all my question patiently, and explained why they did or didn't do certain things. Everything was done quickly but without any compromise on the accuracy. Every lead I provided was pursued to the end. What they found to be useful was masterfully incorporated, and if they didn't like it, they explained (looking back, I'm actually glad we didn't spend any time on them). This is why when we filed, I felt like there were no "what if"s in my mind, which says all I want to say. I strongly recommend Andy for NIW EB2.
