EB-2 NIW I-140 Filing

Andy was my lawyer for the EB2-NIW (I-140) process. He prepared my case carefully. He also helped me in preparation of the documents that I need to provide. Expert lawyer

I hired Andy Ingebritson from Ellis-Porter firm to help me with the first part of my green card application (NIW, I-140). Andy was responsive for the many questions I had, and with high expertise in the details, took the time to engage in correspondences until everything was clear. The process itself... was organized, rapid, and very efficient- with guiding questions in every section to generate exactly what the USCIS wanted to hear (which returned an ultra-fast approval). Furthermore, Andy did an impressive research work to incorporate quite a lot of information to my application, above and beyond the material that I provided. It was not cheap, but I definitely got what I paid for! By now I recommend Ellis-Porter to any colleague who seems to be interested in issuing a green card.

EB-2 NIW

I filed EB-2 NIW with Andy. He prepared my Legal brief very effectively. He used to respond to my queries quickly. He also gave me good advice about the premium processing which works for me. I do recommend him for filing EB-2 NIW.
