I have prepared my EB-2 NIW I-140 with Attorney Alexis Barbacci, and my petition was approved without an RFE. The whole journey with Alexis was pleasant and informative, and very supportive – I felt like I was very well supported throughout the process. To speak in detail, I was in a complex situation where my petition was very difficult to write upon – short current research history, scattered topics, and issues that had to do with my workability at the moment. Of course I made my own good amount of effort, too. Unorganized it might have been, I had a dream for settling in the US for more than 20 years. I made life decisions towards and worked towards this dream for more than 10 years.
