I have prepared my EB-2 NIW I-140 with Attorney Alexis Barbacci, and my petition was approved without an RFE. The whole journey with Alexis was pleasant and informative, and very supportive – I felt like I was very well supported throughout the process. She is a very professional, highly competent at...torney, and also a fantastic person. I asked her a LOT of questions coming from my unique situation, all of which were answered aptly, quickly, and exhaustively, which I don’t doubt contributed to reaching the good quality final product. To speak in detail, I was in a complex situation where my petition was very difficult to write upon – short current research history, scattered topics, and issues that had to do with my workability at the moment. And yet, by discussing with her over the course, I was able to make progresses out of such complexity to eventually make a final packet that I was happy with. Of course I made my own good amount of effort, too. It's really the petitioner who has to lead the writings for sure (but at the same time there are so many areas that depend upon legal expertise), and I believe the amount of effort invested in petitioner's own writing would bleed into the quality of the other documents in the packet. Throughout the process her communication was prompt and detailed, and overall I think I made my final packet on the quickest time mark that "I" could make out of. I don’t know how one could choose to be retained with her, but if you could, I think you’re in a very good position. I recommend being retained with her to all of my friends. I’d also work with her again if I could for a future agenda, too. I also would like to take this opportunity to formally thank her. Unorganized it might have been, I had a dream for settling in the US for more than 20 years. I made life decisions towards and worked towards this dream for more than 10 years. Those long years are partly due to the lateness for advanced degrees pursuit and some lack of information, but I think I met a correct person to fruit it timely.
