Tom Blaske is the biggest liar, cheat and thief. DO NOT USE this attorney. He is nasty, condescending and outlandishly offensive. He will tell you that you have a case and string you along to charge you all types of exorbitant fees. All you will be left with is a huge bill. This guy is the scum ...of the earth!

When I met with Mr Blaske for the initial appointment, I really had no idea of where to start or even if filing a claim would be possible. I never had any need to have any legal assistance before, but the one thing I did know for sure was that the auto insurance companies involved seemed to want to ...get rid of me and the case after the first 6-8 weeks and were pressuring me to sign off even though I was still not better. Mr. Blaske took time to listen to what I had experienced since the accident and how my life had totally changed because of the accident. In our first meeting, I felt comfortable with his way of explaining what legal options appeared possible for me. He was compassionate and understanding and yet he has always spoken very factually on the positive and/or negative aspects of my case as it progressed. He explained each step along the way via written communications summarizing the items and what he needed back from me. He, or one of his staff members, were always helpful in answering any questions I had. If I had very specific questions he personally was always available and reachable by phone or email. I've never had the need for an attorney before so I have no way to judge how he would rate with other attorneys, but I can honestly state that evn though this process has been physically and mentally challenging for me, Mr. Blaske has led me in the right direction and I've felt he has looked out for my best interests. I am pleased with the outcome of my case and glad I made the right decision in choosing him to represent me. He is caring, honest, compassionate and never made me feel like I was just a "number" on a lawsuit filing.
