I represent those people who are buying and selling homes or any real property, and have concentrated intensely for 39 years in consulting and litigating matters involving lake and other waterfront law as well as condominium and subdivision property law, title matters, easements, zoning, boundaries and cottage succession matters.

I enjoy this area of the law as there is a great deal of satisfaction in knowing I have assisted people in passing assets to loved ones and providing for their own well being in late-life planning and decision making, or in case of unforeseen events that can happen earlier.

Excellent representation

Mr. Hoffman provided excellent guidance when I sold my home and purchased a new home. I thought I had a good idea of what to expect and how to proceed with the sale/purchase. However, Mr. Hoffman's experience and expertise proved me wrong. There are many subtle issues that need to be addressed whi...ch I was unaware of. I highly recommend Mr. Hoffman to anyone who is in the process of buying or selling a home.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
