Although client was found to be at fault for an automobile accident by police, confessed to police about drinking before driving, "failed" all roadside sobriety test, blew .1 on the breath test machine ... and an open container of alcohol was found in the passenger compartment of the vehicle the jury came back with a NOT GUILTY verdict. We were able to expose the truth even when the police and prosecutors tried to present fiction as fact.
