I am very dissatisfied with Mr Cunningham's performance. He spent more than a year on my case in getting a correct Domestic Relations Order properly written. After twelve times having this D.R.O. sent to the plan administrator it was denied each and every time. Plan administrator informs me Mr. Cu...nningham was given exact reasons why the D.R.O. was not excepted. He would send in another revised D.R.O. only to make changes where they were not needed _ ( just sabotage the D.R.O.). The Michigan Bar refuses to "ruin" his reputation. I have lost over a year of (my ex-husband's) pension because of his negligence. And no where to turn.
