I participated in a real estate transaction where Hank was the seller's attorney. He is completely incompetent and proof that anyone can pass the bar. He was completely unprepared for the closing and that resulted in the closing being delayed. Then on the closing day, it took 4+ hours because Hank di...d not have the necessary documents. He also did not have power of attorney for this clients which dragged on the process. Hank is an inept real estate attorney. He disputed points in the purchase agreement because he didn't remember. The title company and my lender were concerned whether or not the close would even happen due to Hank's lack of competence. I would never recommend Hank for a real estate transaction. I only gave him 1 star because I had to.
