Did my moms last will and testament and the WORST experience. Since the will was written as a "favor" to her friend which happens to be her neighbor and my sister she won't give any information regarding where the original will is or a conformed copy. I get a photocopy in the mail. Right away I fo...und errors and knew something was NOT right! She even told me in a phone conversation she NEVER saw a deed to which my sister and her were on and it had FRS on it which meant my sister was beneficiary of the property and that should of been left out than she even had the WRONG address to the property on the will. SAD because this is her job! Now have a BIG mess and have to pay my attorney to take care of everything!
