Terrible, liar, committed to the prosecuting side
Mr. Portuesi was a court appointed attorney who flat out lied to me and my federal attorney about fighting my state charges. He was lackadaisical in arguing my bail reduction and instead agreed with the judge that he should not lower it. He lied about my sentence length telling me I was sentenced to ...
