I had submitted my EB2 I-140 from employer-A, even before my PERM was started by this attorney thru employer-B. He filed my PERM directly in the EB3 category without even bothering to ask/inform me. He himself didn't know that PERM filing decides the EB category. He convinced me and my HR who was als...o unaware (?) of the key item while filing the PERM that makes the difference in eligibility to file under one of these two categories.. He never responded back to my questions too. He is the prime reason for not getting my GC several months ago. He is even preventing my employer to give me a 485J. All the money that I paid is a total waste now. I wish him a good life!!!
