Excellent , very patient,

I thank god everyday for bringing Mr Charters and his whole staff into my wife and I life. From all the kindness at every office visit, to every friendly voice on the other end of a conversation or just a call. And the many people that assisted me along that long road but you all made it worth it and... I can’t thank you enough and Steve Hirsch you’re a big part of this as well I want to say Thank you again to all of you, you really are the BEST there is !! Not recommended

I hired john charters regarding a court matter and I was not happy many calls were not returned and I had to repeat details regarding my case each time i spoke with john charters. As well as outcome of my case.
