A significant and still growing part of my practice involves employment litigation, and specifically representing individuals in their claims for equal pay, and/or unpaid overtime wages against their past or present employers. These lawsuits often involve class and collective action possibilities. My practice is not limited to just Michigan. Through association with local counsel, Harvey Kruse, P.C. is able to, and does, represent persons in such cases in out-of-state jurisdictions.

My practice in this regard ranges from breach of contract and commercial cases involving lost profits, property damage, etc., to personal injury cases and more. Harvey Kruse, P.C. is widely recognized for its attorneys' skill in the courtroom. The Firm prides itself on being a litigation firm first, and its hiring of "trial attorneys."

My practice also includes a good amount of insurance defense work involving all types of policies and coverage issues. In addition to defending against the lawsuits filed against my clients, I provide pre-litiigation analysis and opinion services, where requested. Such evaluation is useful for purposes of evaluating a case for liability and exposure and determining a plan of action before the courts become involved.
