Chelsea was very knowledgeable and had a holistic view of the process. She was comfortable presenting arguments to guide us in making choices or changing approaches that we thought were good for us. I remember when we were thinking about processing only part of the family members, she agreed with us,... however as soon as she knew that the cost would change; she came back to us to discuss again the choice to process only part of the family.
