Chelsea helped us in our green card journey. We found her to be very knowledgeable and experienced with the entire application process, and she usually responded to my queries pretty fast, typically within a day or two. Chelsea was very knowledgeable and had a holistic view of the process. She was comfortable presenting arguments to guide us in making choices or changing approaches that we thought were good for us. I remember when we were thinking about processing only part of the family members, she agreed with us,... however as soon as she knew that the cost would change; she came back to us to discuss again the choice to process only part of the family. It was hard to make the change but she guided us very well on the chance to process for all family members. Chelsea was patient and available to us by answering all our questions, and providing the details of the process and the updated information so that we can be aware of the situation almost like her and her team. We remembered when she explained to us the time to wait and the priority day after the approval of NIW. I think she knew that we were impatient to submit our case but she took the time to explain and repeat as we were asking for the next step many times.
