I have been involved in representing employers in all aspects of employment and labor law for over 35 years. The best way to avoid a law suit is to be proactive in addressing issues before they become problems. I have been certified as a civil mediator in Michigan and have had extensive experience in representing clients in mediation. I have also served as a mediator.
I have handled administrative agency proceedings with the NLRB, EEOC, Department of Labor, OSHA, and similar state agencies.
