Supportive, Knowledgeable, and Truly Caring

We had a wonderful experience working with Allyn Sinicropi on our I-485 green card applications, following the approval of my I-140 under the EB2-NIW category. From the very beginning, Allyn and her paralegal, Shelby Samojedny, were incredibly responsive, thorough, and professional. They guided us... through every step of the process with clarity and care, responding promptly to all our questions, offering thoughtful advice, and making us feel supported throughout. They were also very understanding of our unique situation, including a delayed vaccination schedule due to postpartum recovery. We became eligible to apply in October 2024 and submitted our I-485 applications in December 2024. We received RFEs for a birth certificate translation and the completed medical exam. Allyn and Shelby helped us prepare and respond to everything quickly and correctly. We received our EADs by the end of May 2025 and our green cards by mid-July 2025. Thanks to their expertise, kindness, and attention to detail, the entire process was smooth and reassuring. Highly recommend!

Awesome experience
