Liar
I know this is going to sound very harsh but she is a serial liar, I am not not even exaggerating here. She will outright lie about the progress of a case, lie about the what stage the application progress in on, and only provide false promises. I have not seen something like this. Not responsive
She does not respond or work in a timely manner, makes mistakes. Took more than a month to respond and then did the work where she made a big mistake. Also, did not communicate that she messed up.
