After a few moments of review by the judge, the garnishment was overturned, a full refund of wages was returned by the collections attorney, and he was no longer allowed to pursue any cases against me. In addition, Sean has been keeping an eye out for similar cases like mine, from this other attorney, for a possible class action lawsuit in federal court.
