Victor J. Zanolli III

I was referred to Mr. Zanolli years ago..He helped my Father with a real estate dispute and I was so impressed with how he handl s my fathers case I hired him several times regarding legal help for my business. I am an interior designer and subcontract many trades, I also do all the ordering and coo...rdinating of the projects.. on the most recent case a client gave me a large deposit and added work onto the original quote.. however it soon became apparent after work and material was added on that they really did not have the funds to cover it. In an attempt to save themselves they tried to sue me for countless things- poor workmanship- materials not ordered- damage from the trades etc .. although it was a long battle Mr. Zanolli brought to light the job both materials and the workmanship of the trades was all up to par and all the monies did have to be paid. Without a professional beside me I do not feel I would have been able to recover the money. He also kept it out of court and it was settled between the lawyers , myself and my clients.
