I am a senior shareholder at Sommers Schwartz, P.C. I have been a practicing attorney since 1969, specializing in medical malpractice and serious personal injury lawsuits in Oakland, Macomb and Wayne Counties in Michigan and nationwide.
I have had million dollar verdicts in medical malpractice cases involving cerebral palsy, birth trauma, wrongful death, paralysis and blindness, construction accidents, product liability and sexual abuse cases to name a few.
I have also received settlements and verdicts amount to millions of dollars in construction accidents, auto accidents, dog bites, defective products and burn cases.
My hobbies include hockey, racquetball, motorcycles, travel and raising a big family.
