Lack of care and professionalism
He failed to show up to work on a day that our appointment was scheduled on. No calls to reschedule and zero calls to follow up. The office is extremely unclean, dis-organized, and Mr Fischer's unprofessional behavior should be enough to deter anyone from giving him a chance at representation.
It is true on the day in question a family emergency made it impossible to appear at my office. There were no appointments scheduled. The person in question had called several weeks earlier, but no appointment was set. An attempt was made the next day to call the person, but telephone was not answered.
