Robert A. Dubin

I have been a client of Robert Dubins for many years. The first thing he handled for me was a bankruptcy, which went flawlessly. Whenever I have legal questions, he's willing to spend some time with me to answer them and ease my mind; for which I never receive a bill. He has been handling three... cases for me over the last eight months or so, we've won two of them and I expect the last one to be resolved in my favor soon. Whenever anyone tells me they think they should call a lawyer, I give them Dubin Law's number and tell them to talk to Robert. I don't do anything from a legal standpoint without consulting Robert first. I Actually TRUST Him!! That's saying something; No, that's Saying a Lot because I Don't Trust Lawyers!! You can't go wrong with Dubin Law!!

Bobby was a GREAT help in my bankruptcy case. I was recently divorced and had just purchased my own home. Many times I went to speak to him, crying most of the time (lol) I can laugh now, but Bobby always made me feel comfortable and at ease during the process. We saw Robert about a possible bankruptcy. He always had mistakes in the information we gave him. We were never comfortable with the outcome he said we would have, "it was way to Rosie". He told us we were ready to file and to stop paying our credit cards. That was the last we heard from him! He ne...ver returned our calls or emails. We since saw another attorney who said we would not benefit with a Chapter 13. He then sent us to a REAL Credit councilor and we came up with a plan only to find out that we were in much more trouble because we stopped paying on our credit cards. which we had kept current. now they were all in collection and closed. We are worse of for using this attorneys' advice.
