Mr. Alexander provided us excellent advice regarding a contracting company that scammed us, and took most of the insurance money we received to complete a home restoration after a fire. K was able to explain what our rights were and how the contractors misrepresented themselves, Due to K's expertis...e, we were able to settle with one of them, and we received a portion of our money back. K was professional and approachable. He always returned my calls and emails. He also saved us money by suggesting action we could take ourselves. We found him very well versed in contractor./real estate law. Before finding Mr. Alexander, I contacted a few attorneys that could not help us, and basically said we were screwed. Attorney Dured Hajji also known as Dan Hajji, filed fraud law suit against me as he lost his house for foreclosure and I purchased it for investment, claiming that I purchased the house for him as he is sun in law of my brother in law. The Judge ruled in his favor, when I hired Mr K Alexander to file... an appeal, Mr Alexander prepared motion for reconsideration with proper documents, the court reversed its Order and later on dismiss his case altogether. In short, without knowledge and expertise and hard work of Mr Alexander, I would not won this case.
