Biography
Have practiced over 40 years and have seen human nature at it's worst and best. I have an understanding of the law as it relates to the man on the street and have a keen perception of people's motivations and concerns. I offer Aggresive, Knowledgeable and Adriot Representation at reasonable fees. I am a licened real estate broker both in Michigan and in Florida. I subscribe to several expensive research sites that keep me up to date on the current trends in real estate law and other applicable areas and can give succint advice so clients can make informed decisions regarding legal matters. I have substantial trial experience both in the criminal and civil arena. I know how to get evidence admitted that is most favorable to the cause I am representing.
You will notice my AVVO rating is only average that is because I have one 35 year old grievance over a family matter and a minor traffic circumstance almost ten years ago and I don't belong to a great number of professional associations as I find they foster cronyism and do not necessarily lead to good advocacy.
