Isaiah Lipsey

I hired this so called attorney to represent me in a case with the insurance company which was a simple and shut deal. This charlatan of an attorney dropped the ball and looked like a total newbie to law profession. I wouldn't recommend this person to anybody in life, in all actuality he doesn't need... to practice law at all!!

I was 18yrs old (2010), and went to his office to collect my settlement check from a car accident I was in at 13yrs old. He wrote out on a confirmation form that I recieved a check of $ had me sign it before actually handing me my check which had an undocumented $500 taken out of it. He also flirted ...with my aunt (conservator at the time), and created a financial plan with her on her recieving a payout from my car accident settlement, which she was not in. I was 16yrs old when I signed the paperwork. I remember asking him repeatedly can I take the paperwork home, to look over them which he would not let me do.

Very professional, on time, and took the time to answer all of my stupid questions in detail; explaining the entire process so there was no unexpected surprises. I appreciate the time he spent, the kind office staff, and how he followed through and tied up everything in the end so there was no leg wo...rk for me to do. I had a complicated case that could’ve resulted in disaster with an attorney who sends an associate or rushes. Thank you Mr. Lipsey, hopefully I never need you again but I have recommended and will continue to recommend you to all my friends and family.

I was purging some files and ran across a correspondence with Mr. Lipsey’s name on it. I decided to google his name and the reviews came up, validating what I suspected at the time, but he made me feel as if I did something wrong. It was Isaiah Lipsey who was incompetent. It was circa 2003 and he was... representing me in a wrongful termination case. At the hearing, he presented as an excellent cross-examiner. However, when it came time to present my case, it was clear that not only did he not read the documentation I provided; he did not or could not prepare a case to present on my behalf during the hearing. To add insult to injury, he then attempted to shift the blame for the loss of the case onto me. Additionally, this bad experience cost $5k.
