Gerald Kevin Paulovich

Mr. Paulovich handled a very serious criminal matter I was faced with. He took a very methodical approach and performed independent research to establish multiple defenses to the charges against me. I was extremely nervous about the potential consequences, but I was reassured at every juncture that... I had the very best defense that could be presented. This is not an attorney that will leave you in the dark on how your case is going. When I called his office, if he was not available to speak at that time he would call me later that day (although on occasion it was after usual hours). His work product really spoke for itself on my case because he achieved an amazing result. The prosecution greatly reduced their charges against me, and then the probation department recommended the bare minimum in sentencing. The Judge actually commented on the record that the reduction by the prosecutors and probation department was far too lenient, and Mr. Paulovich gave an amazing speech to the Judge to reassure him that it was completely appropriate.
