Biography
Elizabeth J. Nacy is a 1999 graduate of Michigan State University, James Madison College, where she earned a B.A. in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy with honors. Ms. Nacy earned her J.D. from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio, where she graduated cum laude and was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2002. She is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court - Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.
Ms. Nacy practices exclusively in the area of Domestic Relations Law in Oakland, Wayne, Macomb, Washtenaw and Livingston Counties. In 2008, she completed the Institute of Continuing Legal Education Family Law Certificate Program. Her practice experience includes Civil Rights and General Civil Litigation. Ms. Nacy is a member of the Family Law section of the State Bar of Michigan, the Oakland County Bar Association, and the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan.
