My son James age 37 received a guilty verdict, after he was assigned Attorney Webster-Cox as a court appointed attorney to defend him. Attorney Webster-Cox ”Forgot” to submit evidence (a statement) written by the victim that would have blatantly proven his innocence. She started to him that she ove...r looked the statement ”as spam” that was emailed to her by the prosecutor. This was a injustice to my son and his family. Not a 2nd thought was given by attorney webster-cox as it related to this wrongful conviction. His DNA was found on the victim because they was 2 teenagers having consensual, unprotected sex after playing hookie from school in November 1997. He rec’d 25-50 yrs at age 37, taken away from his children for a crime he never committed. How this attorney and his Prosecutor sleep at night I could never imagine. A bad representation of our Justice system. Then to receive an court appointed appeals attorney that is even worst, without any regard to a young innocence man freedom. Later, to learn the two of them are acquainted. In the end God will judge us all for our actions while on this earth. Beware
