Dalen Patrick Hanna

My name is Dalen Hanna and I am an attorney licensed to practice law in Michigan, Washington D.C. and in the U.S. Federal courts.

I am the founding partner at Hanna & Jarbo, PLLC, a Michigan law firm specializing in evictions and debt collection matters on behalf of landlords and creditors. Essentially, our law firm represents businesses and individuals who are owed money, or who wish to evict a tenant.

For debt collection matters, we generally bill on a contingency basis, meaning we do not charge any fee until and unless we actually collect the debt. Once we collect, our fee is a percentage of the total amount collected.

For landlord-tenant evictions, we have flat fixed-fees between $99/file and $699/file (plus costs) depending on the type of eviction. We do not charge additional fees for adjurnments, motions, etc.

Unlike many other law firms, or small solo-practices, our firm is entirely dedicated to representing Landlords and Creditors in debt-collection matters. We represent a wide range of creditors including suppliers, contractors, general businesses, and others holding uncollectable debt.
