Marcel is by far the best and only attorney I will ever spend my money to hire and represent me. My case involved me having a CSC Felony on my record along with a OWI attached to it as well. Marcel told me to remain calm cause I knew I was innocent of the CSC count but I was OWI. Marcel being the att...orney he is worked hard for me on my case and got the felony charge dropped against me, which is one of the hardest things to do in my opinion. Marcel knows a lot of people and I'm assuming has built great rapport with them, cause it's no way I thought I would have a felony dismissed. Marcel Benavides was by far the best choice for representation in the era of “believe all women,” where the deck was stacked against my son in a bogus sexual assault case. In my initial phone conversation, Marcel made me feel as if I were speaking with another father not just a lawyer.
