I was charged with retail fraud 2nd degree. Once I called Marcel and talked to him he said that it would be a couple times of court with possible chance of probation and it might have to stay on my record because of my age. First court date he went back to talk to the prosecutor and the judge actuall...y said that Marcel got me the best deal possible. I ended up getting 6 months probation, having it wiped off my record after completion, and having to pay some fines. I would recommend Marcel to anyone. He good at what he does.

Marcel is a great lawyer i had got 2 misdemeanors, Marcel got one dropped and I was willing to the take probation but Marcel insisted he could do better. We went back to court one final time and he got it down down to civil infraction with just a fine!! He could of just let me take probation and be... done with me but he didn't he fought for me and won!!! I would recommend him to anyone!

I was very luckily that my court appointed attorney was Marcel. I was skeptical at first being an appointed attorney, but he proved me wrong. He fought for me and the truth. When the odds were not in my favor he did the unimaginable and got my case dismissed. I went from a drug possession charge (fel...ony) to a free man with no felony conviction.
